How much is the device exchange?
There are no costs for device replacements—they’re included in our service.
There’s also no limit: as long as the damage wasn’t caused intentionally, we’ll repair or replace your devices as often as needed—at no extra charge.
This also applies to drop damage or technical malfunctions during regular use. So it doesn’t matter if the device (e.g., a smartphone) has a cracked screen, a worn-out battery, a loose charging port, or is bricked (i.e., frozen):
